Message: Had my breaks inspected. I knew the front brakes needed to be replaced and the rear ones were probably fine. After they inspected both front and rear brakes they told me my front brakes needed to be replaced and my rear ones were fine. Quoted me the price and they got them done even quicker than they quoted me. Smooth process and great customer service. I’ll be back with any further services needed down the road.

Message: Big O was friendly as always. They got me in and on my way in a timely manner. Told me I needed to look at replacing my rear struts. Gave me a bid but didn’t pressure me to do it right then. When I get pressured I always feel it because I don’t really need what they are saying I need. I appreciated the help from Keith.

When they were done they told me how it went and recommended a couple of services that were due on my car but did not pressure me about them. (They also let me know a few things they checked that didn't need attention yet). The waiting area is comfortable with complimentary bottles of water and a movie playing while you wait.
