Message: I've only come in to this store twice, but I've never bought anything because I've never been served. The employees really take their time with every customer, sometimes to the detriment of anyone else in the store.. I find it easier to drive another mile and go to O'Reilly down the street.

Message: Good selection, clean isles, reps there are helpful. Only annoying thing was I checked NAPA’s website to make sure they had a specific item in stock but when I arrived there they didn’t carry that item at all and I would have to go to another store 30 minutes away. I would recommend calling beforehand to make sure they actually have what you are looking for.

Message: Went in for car cleaning supplies (after walking out after the guy wouldn’t help me at o’Reillys) and the worker came out from behind counter and helped me pick out all the things I need and he was very nice and knowledgeable.
